Trading options, equities, futures and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Options in particular can lose their entire value quickly. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Before trading, consider your objectives, your experience and how much you can afford to lose — and only ever trade with money you can afford to lose.
Past performance, including anything the founder describes about her own trading, does not indicate future results. Losses she describes are hers; they are shared as lessons, not as a forecast of anything.
Run Club Academy is an education and community membership. We teach, we break down charts, and we run live sessions where members learn to read the market and manage themselves.
Everything described on this site is a target, not a guarantee. Outcomes depend on the market, on your decisions and on the work you do. We do not publish income claims and we do not promise any result.
The membership lives on Whop and Whop's terms apply in addition to these. Inside the room: no harassment, no selling to other members, no sharing another member's trades, screenshots or story outside the community, and no posting anything you would not want repeated. We remove people for any of those, without a refund for the remainder of the period.
Run Club Academy is operated by TRCA LLC (The Run Club Academy LLC); card statements for the Academy read TRCA LLC.
The Academy is a one-time purchase billed by Run Club Academy through Stripe. The price and any payment plan are shown before you pay. A payment plan is a commitment to every payment in it; if a scheduled payment fails and is not brought current within fourteen days, access to the Academy pauses until it is. Your access to the course materials does not expire while the Academy operates. The one-to-one options are the Academy plus LV's private time and carry the same terms.
No refunds on the Academy. Enrollment in the Academy, and in the one-to-one options, is a one-time purchase and is not refundable once made. A payment plan is a commitment to every payment in it. If you are unsure, use the free course and the free call before you enroll; both cost nothing.
The Room is the monthly community membership on Whop, billed by Whop under Whop's terms.
The Accelerator is eight weekly live sessions with LV in a small group, from the week of October 18, with a personal website and brand through OutletDomains (the first 30 days free, then $12 a month, billed by OutletDomains).
LV's live trading signals are not part of the Accelerator or any program. They are a separate, optional add-on on Whop, sold apart from any program. They are shared to teach — each with her reasoning — not as recommendations; any trade you place is your own.
Lessons, recordings and materials are licensed to you personally for as long as you are a member. Do not redistribute, resell or repost them.
When you opt in on one of our forms and give a phone number, you agree that LV’s team may call and text you at that number about Run Club Academy and your request, including automated, prerecorded and artificial or AI-generated voice calls and automated texts. We record this consent with your sign-up (wording version “calls-texts-ai v1” and the time).
When you opt in on one of our forms we collect what you type (your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number), your answers to any optional questions, the page you came from, and how far you get through our free lessons and videos. We record the wording you agreed to and the time (wording version “calls-texts-ai-enrich v2”).
To understand who we are serving and to prioritize follow-up, we may combine the information you give us with information from public websites and professional profiles, and with estimated demographic information from marketing data providers (for example, estimated household income range, homeownership, occupation or business ownership). The sources we use are search and web-page services (such as Exa and Firecrawl), phone-validation services, and marketing data providers. We use this for marketing and service purposes only: to decide who our team calls first and what to talk about. We never use it to decide whether you can buy, qualify for, or get financing for any product. We do not obtain credit reports on you unless you apply for financing and authorize it, and financing at checkout is provided and decided by our payment partners.
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at therunclublv@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days, and deleting it does not affect anything you have bought.
We email members about the club — what is on this week, and occasional offers — from inside Whop. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. We do not sell your data.
Message LV directly on Instagram and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
