One job, the Inbound Lead Specialist: you take calls with people who asked us to call and connect them to our team, and once you're ready, you help them enroll yourself. Paid every Friday, for what you get done.
Our assistant calls people who asked LV's team to call them and hands each call to you. You have a friendly conversation, and connect them to our team. "Connect" means one of two things: you bring someone who closes onto the call while they're still on the line, or you book them a time on the calendar. Both count the same.

Commission is 10% of the money actually collected: about $100 on the $997 Academy, and more on the bigger programs. Payment plans pay out as each payment comes in.
Once you're ready, we turn on closing for you. Then you can take the call yourself: find out where the person is, explain the Academy honestly, and help the people it fits to enroll. No cold calling, and never a promise about results.

7% of the $997 Academy is about $70; the bigger programs pay more (about $350 on the $4,997 program). When you do it all yourself: 15%, about $150 on the $997 Academy and about $750 on the $4,997 program, in place of the 10% and the 7%. Payment plans pay out as each payment comes in. Closing pay can change as the team grows.
