Run Club Academy · Inbound Lead Specialist · your next steps

Everything from here is on this one page.

Work down it in order. Each step turns green when it is done. Keep this link: it remembers where you are.

Thank you for applying. We've read your application, and this page isn't open for it. Thank you for the time you put into it.

In the meantime, come and see what LV is up to: LV on Instagram.

Welcome back. We closed your application when we didn't hear from you, but everything is still here. Tap below to open it again, then carry on with your next step.

Step 1To do

Your fifteen-minute call.

Done. Cyrus marked your call done. On to step 2.
You're on the calendar. Cyrus calls you at your time. While you wait, steps 2 and 3 can both be done now.

First, confirm the job is the one you want. We emailed you what this job is, in plain words. Read it, then tap the button in it, or the one here: you confirm it's the job you want, and that's where you pick your call time.

Confirm and pick my call time

Pick a time in the next 24 hours and Cyrus calls you. That's as far ahead as the calendar goes, so book it now. Fifteen minutes: your phone experience, when you like to work (your choice), and the pay walked through out loud.

Already talked to Cyrus? Skip to step 2.

Step 2To do

The agreement.

Version 2, 2026-09-30.1. Two pages, plain English. Read it, type your name at the bottom, and it is signed and recorded with the date and time. A copy goes to your email. You can sign it before or after your call.

This agreement changed after you signed it. What changed in version 2: the Connector places and opens the calls, and you join them in Mission Control, in the browser, with a headset (no dialing, no own phone, Google Voice or OBS); the Company's system records every call and you consent to it, and you make and keep no recordings or copies of your own; plain rules on leads' privacy, on "don't record me" and "don't call me" (tell the team right away, never pressure), and on honesty (education, not advice; no income claims; the virtual assistant is never a person). The pay is exactly the same. Please review it and sign version 2 at the bottom.
This agreement is between TRCA LLC, doing business as Run Club Academy ("the Company"), and you ("you"), for the role of Inbound Lead Specialist, as an independent contractor.

1. What the work is

The Company's calling system, including its virtual assistant ("the Connector"), places calls to people who asked Run Club Academy for personal help and left their phone number for that purpose, and opens each call. The calls come to you through the Company's Mission Control app, and you join them there, in a web browser, with a headset. You do not place calls yourself. On the call you build rapport, ask discovery questions and reach the three agreements, then hand the person to the Company's closer, or book her on the Company's calendar when no closer is free. You log every call in Mission Control the same day. You choose when and how much you work.

2. You are an independent contractor

You are not an employee. You pay your own taxes, receive no benefits, and provide your own computer with a current web browser, a headset with a microphone, and your own internet and workspace. You may work for others. You will provide a completed W-9 before your first payment, and the Company will issue a 1099 where the law requires one. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.

3. Pay

  • Paid tryout. The two-and-a-half-hour tryout pays $40 flat, within three days of the tryout, whether or not you continue.
  • Live transfers. In a pay week you earn $15 for each of your first 24 verified live transfers. In a pay week where you reach 25 verified live transfers, you earn $500 for those 25, and $10 for each verified live transfer beyond 25.
  • Commission. You earn 10% of cash the Company actually collects from a customer you transferred live or booked, paid in the pay period after the Company receives it. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from commission in the period they occur.
  • What counts. A live transfer counts when the Company's closer takes the call from you and you have logged it in Mission Control, and the Company has verified it. A booked call counts when the person books through the Company's calendar during or immediately after your call and you have logged it. Verification is at the Company's reasonable discretion; if you disagree with a verification, raise it within seven days and the Company will review it with you.
  • When. A pay week runs Monday through Sunday, Arizona time. Pay for a week is sent the following Friday by the method you provide.
  • Changes. The Company may change these rates for future weeks with seven days' written notice. Work already done is paid at the rate in force when it was done.

4. How calls work

  • Calls come through Mission Control. You take calls only by joining them in Mission Control, when the Connector hands them to you. You never call or text a lead yourself, from your own phone, Google Voice or any other service.
  • Only people who asked. The Company calls only people who asked to be contacted and gave their number to the Company, between 8 AM and 9 PM in their local time. You speak only with the people Mission Control connects you to.
  • The Company records calls. The Company's calling system records every call automatically, including your voice, and keeps a written transcript. The recordings and transcripts belong to the Company and are used for training, quality and compliance. By signing, you consent to being recorded on every call you join.
  • No recordings of your own. You never record a call yourself, in any way: no phone recorder, screen recorder (such as OBS) or app. You never download, copy, keep, upload or share the Company's recordings, transcripts or lead data.
  • When she says no. If a person asks not to be recorded, you tap Stop recording in Mission Control right away, and tell the team. If a person asks not to be called again, you tell her the team will make sure of it, and you tell the team right away and mark it in Mission Control. You never pressure anyone, and you never argue with a no.
  • The truth, always. You are honest about who you are and who you are calling for. Run Club Academy is education, not advice: you never give financial, investment or trading advice. You never state or imply results, returns, guarantees or income. You never say or suggest that the Connector, or any virtual assistant, is a person; if asked, you say it is the Company's virtual assistant.

5. Confidentiality

Everything you see or hear through this work is confidential: names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, call recordings and transcripts, scripts, prices, results, Mission Control and its contents. You use it only for this work, inside Mission Control, and you do not copy, export, photograph, record or share it. A lead's personal information (her name, number, email, and what she tells you about her money, work and life) is private: you never write it down outside Mission Control, keep it on your own devices, or use it for anything else. If you find you hold any of it anywhere else, you delete it and tell the Company. You delete anything you hold when this agreement ends. The people you speak with are the Company's customers, not your contacts; you will not contact them for any other purpose, now or later. This section survives the end of the agreement for two years.

6. Law, responsibility and liability

You will follow the law, including telephone consumer protection and do-not-call rules, and the Company's written rules as updated. You are responsible for your own conduct on calls. You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your breach of this agreement. The Company is not liable to you for lost earnings or for the volume of leads in any period.

7. Ending it

Either of us can end this agreement at any time by written notice, and email counts. You are paid for verified work up to the end. Sections 5 and 6 continue after it ends.

8. The whole agreement

Arizona law governs this agreement. It is the entire agreement between us about this work and replaces anything said before it. Changes must be in writing. Your typed name below is your electronic signature, and it is binding; the Company records it with the date, time, IP address and browser it was signed from, together with the photo of your government ID that you upload with it, which the Company keeps privately to confirm who signed.

Sign it.

Kept privately: only the hiring admins can open it. It confirms who signed.

Step 3To do

The thirty minutes.

Read this once, slowly, before your tryout. It is the whole job, short: who we are, who you talk to, the call in eight steps, On the line, and the rules. The five-question check is at the end. The full words are on the call sheet, and the setter hat, six short lessons, is on My start in Mission Control, under Your training (step 4 has the sign-up).

Who we are.

LV spent fifteen years in music, two record deals, and then the world shut. She had five thousand dollars saved. It had to work, so she taught herself to read a chart at her kitchen table, on YouTube, and she made it work. Now she teaches it, live, in one room, to women who want to learn the way she did. That room is the Run Club. There is a free course of five lessons, a thirteen-minute video where she tells the story, and a call with her team where a woman finds out what the Run Club is and what it costs.

The Run Club is education. It teaches how to read a chart and how to manage yourself. Nobody on LV's team promises anyone a result, ever, and that includes you.

Who you are calling.

She saw LV's ad on Instagram or Facebook, usually on her phone. She tapped it, landed on a page with LV's story, and typed her name, her email and her phone number. She picked what interests her most out of four choices: being around other women doing this, making it work for her the way LV made it work, getting better at something she knows a little about, or just curiosity. She ticked a box that says "Yes, I want personal help. Have LV's team call me." Then she was taken to a calendar, and she either booked a time or did not.

Within a second of all that, lesson one landed in her inbox, an email in LV's voice that tells her the call is coming. So when you join her call, she asked for it, she was told the team would call, and it is fresh. You don't dial: the Connector, LV's virtual assistant, calls her within minutes of her opt-in, tells her it's a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded, and keeps her chatting until you tap Join. The Connector opens the call; you take it from hello. You are not interrupting a stranger. You are the follow-through.

You will know, before you join: her first name, what she picked, whether she asked for the call, and which ad brought her. Use it. "You said you're around a few women who trade already" is a better opening than a script.

The call.

The full call, in big type, for glancing at mid-call: runclubacademy.com/team/call/. Open it on your phone or computer before every shift.

Every call runs in eight steps. Follow the flow in your own voice; you don't have to read it word for word. Four golden rules on every call: contacts are contracts, tell the truth, demand excellence, and price versus terms (the price is a number; the terms are how she pays).

1. Prep

While the Connector is still talking to her: read her card (what she picked, her minutes with LV, earlier notes) and look at her online for thirty seconds.

2. Contact: the Connector hands you the call

Before you join, the Connector has already said who she is (LV's virtual assistant), that it's a virtual assistant and the call is recorded, and "I wanted to get you on the line with somebody from my team." When you tap Join, she hears: "Oh perfect, I've got [your first name] here, I'll let you two talk!" and the assistant drops off. So don't repeat the recording notice or who-we-are. Be warm:

"Hey Tanya! Thanks for hanging on. This is [your name] on LV's team. So tell me…"

If it is a bad time, ask when is good and book her a time. Gauge her in your head, 1 to 5: how sharp, how happy, her tone. Then establish reality: "When you saw the ad, what made you check it out?" and "Do you know what we do?", and say what we do in a sentence. Then introduce the authority, once, by name:

"Just so you know how this goes: I'll be getting [name], our program director, on the line later. They're the one who decides who gets in."

The second she is engaged, post her name on On the line in Mission Control (the next part).

3. Qualify

Six questions, asked like a friend: what she does for work and how long, her city, rent or own, a partner, children, and who this is for. Type the answers on her card; the card suggests the level. No prices here.

4. Discovery

The biggest part of the call. Tell your own true story in a few sentences, then find out what is really wrong: "Tell me more about that." "How long has that been going on?" "If nothing changes, where are you a year from now?" "What have you tried?" Discovery is done when she has said, out loud, that she wants it to change and believes she can.

5. Frame

Text her the one-pager and have her reply, so the link is tappable. Two things we do: we teach her to trade until it is a skill of her own, and every live session covers the life around it too. Then LV's five thousand dollars: in 2020 that was all she had, and this program is built so she can follow the same path LV built from there. Then three yeses, and wait for each one: she is a student (an hour in the live meeting and an hour on her own each week); she invests in herself (programs from $997 to $4,997; the price is a number, how she pays is the terms, and we do what is comfortable for where she is right now); and she is persistent. Hear her questions, don't answer them: "I'm going to put you on pause and get [name] on the line."

6. The build-up

Thirty seconds on hold. If a closer is available, you call them in as the program director (the next part), and you show her off in her own words: what she wants to change, what she has tried, her three yeses. They ask their two questions. If nobody is available to close, you close it yourself, straight away (the next part).

7. The ask

You ask the number, the level the card suggested, and nobody on our side speaks until she answers:

"How close can you get to the $997 today?"

What comes back is the objection: true flattery, then ask again; if it is still the price, it's the terms (two to five payments, payday, start with what she can); if the number is truly out of reach, switch the level, never the price.

8. The close

Payment is taken on the line, while she is still on the phone: card over the phone, the payment link, or a plan. Then onboarding: her account and start page, what she does today, the Early Enrollment Pack, and her sixty-day goal. The call does not end without a decision.

LV's story is hers. You say "follow the same path she did." You never say "the same success," and you never put a number on what anyone will make.

On the line, step by step.

On the line is a page in Mission Control. It is how the program director gets onto your call.

  1. Post her the second she is engaged. Still in contact, open On the line and post her name (on a computer, her number too). Every available closer's phone buzzes. A tap only tells you who's coming.
  2. Keep going. Qualify, discovery, then the frame and the three yeses.
  3. At the build-up, if a closer is marked available, call them in, even if nobody has tapped. They are the program director you build up.
  4. On a phone: "I'm going to get the program director on the line. Hold on for me for thirty seconds." Tap Add Call, dial the closer, then Merge.
  5. On a computer: before the thirty-second hold, tell her: "Our program director, [Name], is calling you in the next minute from [their number]. Pick up, and I'll be on that call too." Then hang up. The closer calls her and adds you in, so all three of you are on the line.
  6. Then the introduction and the number, the same either way: you brag about her, they ask their two questions, you ask "How close can you get to the $997 today?", and then silence.
  7. Nobody available to close? Close it yourself, straight away, with the future-authority close:
"The program director isn't free this minute, so I'm not going to keep you waiting. I'll get you started myself, and the program director will call you personally to go over your plan."
Then the number, then the close.
  8. Close her card when you hang up. That logs the call in Transfers.

The backup is the closer line, 480-669-1684 (Cyrus). It is shown on On the line.

The rules. Every call.

  • Only the women the Connector hands you, or who are on the Leads board. They asked, and they left the number. Nobody else, ever.
  • Never a number, a result, a return, a guarantee, an income. If she asks "how much can I make," the answer is: "That's exactly what nobody honest will tell you, and LV won't either. She teaches you to read the chart and manage yourself. The program director will walk you through what the Run Club actually is."
  • Never advice. Not "buy," not "sell," not "this stock." You are not qualified to give it and neither is anyone on the call.
  • Between 8 AM and 9 PM her time. If she says stop, it stops that second, and you note it.
  • What you see stays with us. No screenshots, no lists, no numbers or notes of your own, and no contacting her for anything else, ever. Calls are recorded by the system; you keep no recordings of your own.
  • You are who you say you are: her name, your name, LV's team, Run Club Academy.

The five-question check.

All five right and you are ready. Get one wrong, read that part again.

She asks, "How much money will I make?" You say:

You reach the build-up, and nobody is available to close. You:

The bubble on your screen turns green. You:

The assistant says, "Oh perfect, I've got Jordan here, I'll let you two talk!" Your first line:

The program director comes on the line. You:

Step 4To do

Your paid tryout.

$40 flat for two and a half hours. You join live calls with women who asked LV's team for help: the Connector dials and opens each one, and you take it from hello, with the script, in your own voice. Book it within the next 48 hours: the same day works, from two hours ahead. Start times run 11 AM to 3:30 PM Arizona time, so every tryout ends by 6 PM. What happens in the block, the set-up and the tools →

Join on green. No cold dialing: the Connector calls her and keeps her talking. When the bubble turns green, tap Join within about 75 seconds. She is still on LV's page, still deciding.
This opens after your fifteen-minute call. When the call is a yes, Cyrus marks it done and the calendar appears right here. If he told you to book and it is still closed, text him at 480-669-1684.

Your tryout is on the calendar. At your start time, give us a call at (480) 669-1684 to kick off. We'll be ready for you. Save the number in your phone now so it's handy. Before it, do the four things below, read step 3, and sign step 2 if you have not.

Being ready is your job, and it starts now. By your start time, everything in the list below has to be done and tested: your tryout should start with calls, not with setting up. Your first email (from cyrus@automateyouroffer.com; check spam and promotions) has your Mission Control sign-in and your checklist.

Text Cyrus at 480-669-1684 once your Mission Control account is made: your name, your tryout time, and "account made". He approves it, and you can't work your tryout without it.

Pick your time in the next 48 hours. Same day works, from two hours ahead. Start times run 11 AM to 3:30 PM Arizona time, so every tryout ends by 6 PM. The calendar doesn't go further out, so book it now.

Once it's booked, before your start time

  1. Your Mission Control account. Your first email brings your login, or make it here with the same email you applied with. Then text Cyrus at 480-669-1684 so he approves it; you get an email when he does. The tryout runs in it: your leads are on the Leads board, and On the line and the Shift report are there. Then, on your phone or computer, open Profile and tap Install the app.
  2. The setter hat. On My start in Mission Control, under Your training: six short lessons. Read them before your tryout.
  3. Your headphones and mic. Headphones with a microphone, wired or Bluetooth, and Chrome. In Mission Control, turn on calls once and allow the microphone, so it's ready at your start time. The set-up.
Step 5After you pass

Your first week.

You passed. Welcome to the team. Work through this list this week.
  1. Your checklist. It is on My start in Mission Control. Tick your steps as you do them; Cyrus ticks his.
  2. See what she has seen. Watch the thirteen-minute video and open the five lessons, the way a woman who signs up does. Know what she has already seen before you join her call.
  3. Your W-9. Fill in the IRS form W-9 (irs.gov) and give it to Cyrus the way he asks on your tryout call. No first payment goes out without it.
  4. Your first transfers. Join on green, every time, within about 75 seconds. A call you miss gets booked by the assistant, and the follow-up is yours. Close her card on On the line when you hang up; that logs the call in Transfers. A pay week runs Monday to Sunday, Arizona time, and pays the Friday after.
  5. End every shift the same way. Log the call, tap Stop dialing, follow up any booked calls you missed, file your shift report, and leave nothing loose: the five steps.

The pay: $750 a week to start, plus commission. Every tier, with example weeks: runclubacademy.com/careers/pay/
